Prices and Payment All prices are in € and include VAT at the appropriate rate. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order, checked all details and stock availability and dispatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we have dispatched your order.

Delivery We deliver worldwide. Due to varying delivery times in each country we cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within max. 30 working days. All goods are shipped from Naples, Italy.

Delivery Costs The delivery costs depend on the country you live.

Purchasing All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our web site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Checkout", we will send you an e-mail containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send the e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Return Policy You can return your order without mentioning a reason up to two weeks after you have achieved the goods you ordered. We cannot pay for the return shipping cost but will wire the money you paid for the goods (incl. VAT) back to you as soon as we have received the returned goods.

Availability Although you might be able to buy it at Octopus Records STORE, the product you chose might not actually be in stock due to high demand. This happens rarely, but to be safe we suggest you send us an email to info@octopusrecords.net so we can guarantee your desired item is still in stock.
